Admission into the Sixth Form

The Sixth Form Entry Criteria for 2026 can be accessed via the menu on the right. We do not interview students or ask for predicted GCSE grades prior to offering a Sixth Form place. Students who join the Sixth Form in Year 12 can choose to study the following:

• Three A-Level subjects, or
• Four A-Level subjects (by agreement with the Head of Sixth Form). Please remember that university courses only require 3 A-Levels.

The A-Level qualification is a two-year course starting in September 2026 with A-Level exams in May/June 2028. The closing date for Sixth Form applications is Friday 20 March 2026.
