Year 7 Netball Tournament - Champions
Our Year 7 netball team delivered an outstanding performance at the Year 7 Netball Tournament, finishing the day as deserved champions. From the very first match, the team demonstrated excellent teamwork, determination, and a positive attitude that set them apart throughout the competition.
The girls showed impressive skill and composure in every game, consistently applying what they have been working on in training. Their movement of the ball, sharp passing, and strong defensive pressure made them a difficult team to break down. As the tournament progressed, their confidence grew, and they began to play with real flair and resilience.
The final match was a fantastic display of everything the team has worked towards this season. With great focus and determination, they secured the win and were crowned champions – a brilliant achievement in their first year of school netball.
Most importantly (and if you ask the team, possibly the only thing that mattered!), the girls had their eyes firmly on the medals from the moment they arrived. Safe to say, their determination paid off – and they proudly went home as champions with medals around their necks!
